Clinical Care for Touring Professionals
The Doctor On-Demand service is available exclusively to touring professionals where MRI is the appointed event medical provider. It ensures that artists, crew, and VIP guests have rapid access to qualified clinical care — without the delays of presenting to a public emergency department.
Access is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including public holidays.
A Registered Nurse or Paramedic conducts the initial patient assessment.
A Doctor consult follows, either face-to-face at the venue or via secure virtual call.
Where specialist care is required, MRI's Medical Officer will expedite onward referral.
Treatment costs are subject to individual treatment provided and are not included in the call-out fee.

A structured clinical pathway ensures every patient receives the right level of care, as quickly as possible.
Initial Assessment
